Some Dr’s. such as yourself say that PUFAs are great for your body and help with insulin resistance. Others such as Dr. Raymond Peat say that PUFA’s cause insulin resistance and are the cause of many illnesses. Who is right????? I would really appreciate hearing from you. Thanks
