Aren’t they on the “Dirty Dozen” list of fruits and vegetables to Not eat because of pesticides and fertilizers? With all the benefits of peaches I don’t want to “undo” or “minimize” the benefits I would get from eating peaches. ( I would like to see you address organics foods more because of this.) As a side note my mother and grandmother would always include a peach half when canning freestone peaches. Would I receive the same benefits from the canning procees as I would from eating the pit alone ? Thanks, Carol
